Welcome to our blog! This is a chronicle of our life as newlyweds, and likely beyond. We also hope that this little blog will be a means to share bits and pieces of our lives with our families and friends {most who do not live near}. We've been married just a little over two weeks. Following a week lounging by the beach in Costa Rica, we packed my car full and, after two full days on the road, put over 1,000 miles behind us {good-bye Texas!}. We are continuing to settle into our new "home" in Alexandria, Virginia -- and figuring out that combining two people's things is not quite so easy!
